Grundig is a German manufacturer of consumer electronics for home entertainment, established 65 years ago with over 5,000 employees. The company improved its ranking from 10th to 7th favorite vendor for TV sales between April and November 2009, and it holds first place in Germany in consumer choice of LCD televisions, internet radios, and hair straighteners, as well as portable and clock radios. Grundig's revenue for last year was US$856 million.

Since their latest relaunch the global corporate online presentation, integrating 16 countries, uses TYPO3. An integration of google maps for the specialty retailer search as well as a dynamic content presentation dependent on each user's behaviour makes perfect use of TYPO3's enterprise features.
