On the page www.telekom.de/kundencenter I believe you have to choose one of the login-areas - i.e. 'Für Mobilfunk' - to get to the login-page illustrated above:

It's not clear from the case-description above unfortunately, that Deutsche Telekom apparently set up their intranet
infrastructure for their call centers on base of TYPO3.
