PARTICIPATE IN A WORLD RACE WITH TYPO3

Clipper Ventures Plc is the international marine events company founded by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston in 1995. The AIM-listed company owns the rights to the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race and the VELUX 5 Oceans single handed round the world race. In addition to these core events, Clipper Ventures also operates a world-class training division, Clipper Training, and a growing hospitality and events division, Clipper Events, from its base at Royal Clarence Marina in Gosport. TYPO3 was used to create the VELUX 5 Oceans website.
Sailing and heavy use of JS on one page, sounds like a very good layout for me. What i do not like is waiting for javascript to finish its work until I can use the website. This happens at the start of the webpage an when using the news menu. Ffetching news with Ajax I think. Shouldn't be to hard to preload. The main-menu at the bottom is good for the design, but not the best solution for usability. Still:

Yes thats true - heavy use of JS. But I just noticed, the website offers a mobile version for smartphones.
I like the design. Its clear an modern. I don't see javascript what i see is a big flash-page with xml Integration. I won't see flash on pages anymore. Mobile Version without is good.

The design looks great. Since I can apply for some parts in my website. However, the color seems not go with my suit. Overall, I love the graphic design with layout.

That looks great, I love the design since it can be good to post or edit some small changes.
